Temporary stoppage of activities in Piracicaba (Vehicle Plant) and Brazil Independency Day Holiday.
Due to the need to adapt our Production with our internal stocks, exclusively for the Operational employees of the Vehicle Plant in Piracicaba, there will be no working hours on Sep. 6th for employees from the 1st and 2nd shifts, and on Sep. 7th for the employees in the 3rd shift.
Thus, the Work Calendar for the week of the Brazil Independence Day Holiday will look like this:

- Sep. 6th: negative bank of hours for 1st and 2nd shifts.
The Engine department (Administration and Production), employees in São Paulo (Sales Office and Hyundai Training Academy), employees in a 6×3 work regime, as well as employees of the Piracicaba administrative office remain with their work activities, without changes.
- Sep. 7th: negative bank of hours for 3rd shift and holiday for others employees/shifts.
- Sep. 8th, 9th and 10th: day off due to “bridge days” and weekend.
- Sep. 11th: return to activities in the 3rd shift.
IMPORTANT: the names and HMCs of the employees who will be working in the period must be sent by August 30th, at 12 pm, to: felipe.jacomelli@hyundai-brasil.com.
The Human Resources department will be responsible for entering the negative collective hours bank in the system (Production employees). Point exceptions (whoever is working during the period) must be made by the employees themselves.
Interns and Apprentices (Vehicle Plant – Piracicaba): They work normally on the Sep. 6th.
