Hyundai (PMS 2022)

Performance Appraisal (PA)

  1. Access the Portal ESS (http://portal.hyundai-brasil.com:50000/irj/portal) with user and password;
  2. Click on menu “My Team PMS” and select the option “Performance Appraisal”;
  3. Select “Rating”;
  4. There are tabs with groups of employees;
  5. Select the name of employee  to evaluate;
  6. The employee profile will be available for evaluation;
  7. Click “Rating” for evaluate each one of the targets;
  8. In the indicated field, select a rating;
  9.  Write a comment;
  10. Click “ok” and Save;
  11. Repeat the steps for all targets;
  12. Write a general comment in “Total Comments”.
  13. In the field “Discussion” is the estimated date, by the leader, for a feedback in which you will discuss the main points related  to  performance and competencies;
  14. Click “Save” and then “Check”;
  15. After performing the evaluation for all the employees “Confirm”.

Competency Assessment (CA)

  1. Access the Portal ESS (http://portal.hyundai-brasil.com:50000/irj/portal) with user and password;
  2. Click on menu “My Team PMS” and select the option “Performance Appraisal”;
  3. Select “Rating”;
  4. There are tabs with groups of employees;
  5. Select the name of employee  to evaluate;
  6. Perform the assessment of behavioral attributes for each group (Core, Job e Leadership, IF APPLICABLE) and include the comments for each group;
  7. Include the “Total Comments”;
  8. Click “Save” and “Check”;
  9. Click “Confirm”.
