Hyundai (PMS 2022)
Performance Appraisal (PA)
- Access the Portal ESS (http://portal.hyundai-brasil.com:50000/irj/portal) with user and password;
- Click on menu “My Team PMS” and select the option “Performance Appraisal”;
- Select “Rating”;
- There are tabs with groups of employees;
- Select the name of employee to evaluate;
- The employee profile will be available for evaluation;
- Click “Rating” for evaluate each one of the targets;
- In the indicated field, select a rating;
- Write a comment;
- Click “ok” and Save;
- Repeat the steps for all targets;
- Write a general comment in “Total Comments”.
- In the field “Discussion” is the estimated date, by the leader, for a feedback in which you will discuss the main points related to performance and competencies;
- Click “Save” and then “Check”;
- After performing the evaluation for all the employees “Confirm”.






Competency Assessment (CA)
- Access the Portal ESS (http://portal.hyundai-brasil.com:50000/irj/portal) with user and password;
- Click on menu “My Team PMS” and select the option “Performance Appraisal”;
- Select “Rating”;
- There are tabs with groups of employees;
- Select the name of employee to evaluate;
- Perform the assessment of behavioral attributes for each group (Core, Job e Leadership, IF APPLICABLE) and include the comments for each group;
- Include the “Total Comments”;
- Click “Save” and “Check”;
- Click “Confirm”.
